Chris Parry-Mitchell, Principal trainer -

Chris Parry-Mitchell is a teacher and Head of Department with over 20 years experience working in a wide range of educational settings. She is an INLPTA Master Practitioner of NLP. Chris is an Associate Trainer of the Instit2te of NLP for public service as well as working for one of the major Examination Boards delivering training on Effective Teaching Strategies. Her passions is not just about teaching a subject but enabling and assisting young people to understand how they and others tick and to achieve success. This passion led her to devise and run The Know How Programme. Chris has strong values about fairness and opportunity and believes that most young people are doing the best they can with what they know at that moment and given better strategies will behave and perform differently.

Chris Grimsley -

Chris Grimsley is a Certified NLP Trainer, with many years experience working in public services. Chris has been training NLP for over 14 years, and has successfully delivered programmes attended by over 2000 people from a range “people service” backgrounds, including teachers, head teachers and senior leadership teams, learning mentors and TAs, educational psychologists, school counsellors and college lecturers. The founder of the Instit2te of NLP for public service, he is passionately committed to bringing the benefits of NLP into education and other public services.

Lisa Robinson -

Lisa Robinson has 10 years experience of working with children and their families in educational, youth and therapeutic settings. Is qualified in youth work and is Master Practitioner of NLP. Currently is a pastoral Manager in a Pupil Referral Unit and delivers training for staff who works with troubled teenagers and children.
